Cancellation Policy

We take a £25 Booking fee and the rest after the Service is complete and the clint is satisfied. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking with out charge. If not and its on the day of there will be a full amount charge due to loss of earnings & could have booked someone else in who needs it.. If we have to rearrange your booking, we will do our best to reschedule your booking within 14 days of the original date. We are well aware that circumstances can change quickly if its important or emergency please get in touch to inform us. Price is FROM etc, so the price you see when booking that's the service price NOT including travel (if after 30mins from Kilburn), add-ons, conditions of the vehicle, power supply e.g. use our generator,extra time needed to complete the service.
